Cannot set hour in batch update

Hi,

I cannot set hour for “valid from” and “valid till” when using update batch in dialpeers.

please help me

It is possible to enter invalid data to batch update form: ![validate](https://…user-images.githubusercontent.com/12762053/72064582-da9ee480-32e4-11ea-8b8c-40f5326b039f.gif) Later update delay job will fail on postgresql exception caused by postgresql type validation. We should to check user input before delay job create. and the feature 'Update batch' should be removed from the invoices and payment pages
