Creating a new call diversion header

Hi all,

As a final step of testing the Yeti-switch one of our suppliers requires the ‘Diversion header’.
I’ve found multiple places where this can be setup, and both the ‘Customer auth’ and ‘Gateway’ would suit me best.

Unfortunately I am only able to select ‘Clear header’ as policy and I have not been able to find where to create such policies.
Can somebody tell me where I can create a new ‘Diversion policy’?

After that I can add a diversion header based on customer and CLI, which either would be translated or neglected based on the (temination) gateway.

Thank you!

You can add it using Term append headers req at termination gateway configuration:

TERM APPEND HEADERS REQ = Diversion: <sip:12345@example.com>;reason=user-busy\r\n

This is not possible yet. It is only possible to add header with static value, as described before.

Thanks Dmitry, this worked.

I’ll have to setup multiple (duplicate) gateways then (per country one gateway).
But that’s not an issue!
