I have set Capacity = 10 . The customer has 2 comma separated IPs configured. When I click on “View Copies” I see two Customer AUTHS one for each IP. When I view each copy the capacity is still 10 and both IPs defined. The problem is that the actual active calls from the customer is 20. How do I ensure that the customer’s total capacity defined in the main CUSTOMERS AUTHS is limited to all shared IPs ?
This is bug. You can limit capacity on customer account level as temporary workaround.
