How to Customize the Balance Notification

Hello, I would like to customize the balance notification email, to configure it to send directly to my customers

Currently, notifications are sent directly to my email, and I notify customers, because as it stands, it is very ugly and difficult for customers to understand what it is about.

I tried looking but couldn’t find any place that could adjust this.

This part requires further development - currently it is not possible to improve these emails without development. Other option - use System->Event subscriptions to send balance notifications to some remote service(http)
