No Graph / Calls are getting Stuck

Hello,

After reboot, there is no Graph on the dashboard and on active calls. the calls are passing fine but the graphs are showing no data available. also, some calls are getting stuck in active calls and cannot terminate. Re-checked all the services and everything is running fine.
