TearDown Issue On Calls

Hello,

I am facing an unusual issue on YETI v1.10. Most of the calls from multiple customers are being disconnected with Teardown cause code. The Image is shared below, the disconnection cause Is from the switch, not from the vendor or the customer.

These calls were disconnected by CallsMonitoring process. Usually it happens when account balance is low.

The account balance is 745.86, and this is happening to most of the customers.

Have you checked vendor account balance? Teardown can be caused by:

  • min/max balance on customer/vendor account
  • customer/vendor gateway was disabled or origination/termination is not allowed
  • customer/vendor was disabled or origination/termination is not allowed

Yes, even vendor has 800$ balance

I have refilled the balance, i’ll monitor and ping here if i face this issue again.

How i get more info about this hangup cause?. All customers/vendors have balance.

Ok dmitry, but I just check it and the problem persist.

I have 3 nodes. Node 1 and node 2 drop calls but node 3 no. I think that have some inconsistence between sems and yeti.

There is another log for debug?

You have to compare balance with price of active calls.
