Yeti Audio Recording

Hi,

Is there any configuration required to enable audio recording other than enabling it in Customer Authentication. And where will the yeti store the recordings on file system? If the location is /var/spool/sems/records, is there any way to debug why recording feature isn’t working?

No

Usual way to debug anything - log file with loglevel = 3

Thank you. I will check that.

Yeti audio recording isn’t working. There seems to be a bug. Below are my observations.

Yeti is creating 2 files in the /var/spool/sems/records.

_8_lega.mp3
_8_legb.mp3

Files are owned by root:root. Files are replaced every time a new call is placed. And according to the documentation files should be wav file. But files created are MPEG ADTS, layer III, v2.5, 16 kbps, 8 kHz, Monaural.

Respective log below:

[19900/19905] [core/AmAudioFileRecorder.cpp:193] DEBUG: recorder 8-7025843E-5E5063230006E79D-53AFA700 inited with file: /var/spool/sems/records/_8_lega.mp3

Another interesting thing is the title in metadata.
